Where do I find my order reference?

Your order reference (e.g. MF-123456) was emailed at checkout and appears on your invoice.

What do the order statuses mean?

Pending = order received and being prepared. Deployed = dispatched and in transit. Delivered = delivered to you. Cancelled = order cancelled and refunded where applicable.

My tracking link isn’t working
